Sound familiar?
You know your website needs some work, but aren't sure where to begin
Maybe inquiries have slowed. Maybe people visit your website but never reach out.
Or maybe whenever you look at your online presence, you feel frustrated and think, "Why doesn't this reflect the business I've built?"
You're not alone.
Most business owners are (understandably) too busy running their business to become a website strategist on the side.
Knowing something is off and knowing exactly what to fix are two very different things. The Clarity Audit helps you close that gap.
The Clarity Audit
What you're actually getting
Real, human insights, not another generic AI report that dies in your inbox.
This isn't a technical SEO report, a site speed test, or a detailed website design critique. Those are useful things, but they all solve different problems.
Our Clarity Audit examines the parts of your page that determine whether the people who need your services feel confident enough to reach out. We go through it the way a potential client would, on desktop and on mobile, following that path all the way to your contact form.
Everything we flag gets evaluated through one important question:
Is this making it easier or harder for someone to take the next step?
Who you'll work with
"Good businesses lose inquiries every day to competitors who simply explain things better. That's a fixable issue, and it's usually easier than people think."
Sierra Dehmler
Founder, Saltwater Consulting

What we focus on
Six specific areas that determine whether a visitor becomes a real client.
Page messaging
Within a few seconds, a visitor decides whether they're in the right place. We check whether your page describes what you do in plain, specific language, or whether it sounds like generic copy used by every other business in your industry.
Service clarity
We evaluate whether your service is clearly described from the client's perspective, answers the questions people have before booking, and ends with a clear next step.
Mobile experience
We explore the mobile version of your page and try to contact you, checking whether your content is easy to read, your contact button is visible without scrolling, and your form is short enough that people will finish it.
Trust signals
Client reviews, team credentials, industry awards, years in business. We check whether these trust-building signals exist on your page and whether they're placed where a hesitant visitor needs them most.
Decision-support content
Does your page educate people and position you as the expert? We look at whether it answers the real questions people have before reaching out, not only the logistical ones.
Local search basics
A surface-level check for the most common visibility gaps, including whether your business shows up clearly and consistently in searches for your service area.

Who it's for
Is a Clarity Audit the right fit for you?
It works best if one page carries a lot of weight for your business.

Consider the Growth Blueprint if
- Inquiries are down across several services
- You're unsure how new clients are finding you
- You need a clear plan your whole team can follow
- You want a comprehensive assessment of your site

Get in touchWhat exactly do we get for $750?
A full assessment of one service page and its inquiry path, five fixes ranked in priority order, one section rewritten (up to 300 words), a recorded video walkthrough, and one round of written follow-up questions.
What if I can't make the changes myself?
The Clarity Audit was created to hand you actionable steps that you and your web designer or developer can act on without a long briefing. If you'd like help rewriting your website copy, Signature Content picks up right where the audit leaves off.
What if the audit reveals a lot of issues?
We'll always give you our honest feedback, even if that means telling you to hire someone else. Sometimes the right next step is bigger than an audit, and we'd rather say so up front than let you spend money on the wrong thing.
Can I just use a free website grader?
Automated tools are reliable for catching technical issues. What we offer is a human, strategic review of whether your page convinces someone to reach out, which no grader or AI tool can replicate.
What platform does my site need to be on?
It doesn't matter. We've reviewed sites built on HubSpot, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, and custom platforms. The audit focuses on strategy and messaging, not code.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Nope. It's better if you leave everything as is so we see the full picture. After you book, you'll get a short onboarding questionnaire covering your website URL, your goals, and some context about your business. We'll take it from there.
How long does the audit take?
You can expect your full audit within 10 business days of your start date. We take on a limited number of clients, so start dates can shift depending on current bookings. If you need to move faster, we offer one expedited Clarity Audit each month, so let us know early if you'd like to discuss that option.
What if I disagree with your recommendations?
That's perfectly okay. It's your business, after all. Use your round of written follow-up questions to dig into our reasoning, and you're always free to prioritize differently based on what you know about your clients.
Is it a one-time fee or a recurring charge?
Just one payment. There's no monthly retainer or recurring charge, and you own the audit and every recommendation outright.
What if my website is already pretty good?
Then we'll tell you. We won't invent problems to justify the price. Most websites have at least a handful of high-impact fixes, but if yours is in great shape, you'll hear that directly.
